The Target & Challenge:

  Our customers want to use the machine to fill the dried nuts into stand up pouch with zipper and the pillow bag. He has the limited budget on the machine investment. Although he has different products packing size, he also want to use the flexible and financial packing machine model to help him.

How We Did It (Solution): 

  We could provide him the customized solution which is very flexible machine model. The machine could help him to pack the dried nuts into stand up pouch with zipper and pillow bag automatically. There is just 14 heads weigher to support 2 sets of machine. The servo motor conveyor will feed the dried nuts to the vertical packing machine. In this way, it would help our customers save a lot of cost and factory space.
