    The end customer from the USA market wants to replace their present filling machine line waterfall filling and manual packing, they are packing for pork skin with the PH=3.5 Vinegar salt brine filling. Their present filling machine line is corrosive for any metal aluminum carbon steel part. Their speed is not very high just 20 bottles per minute.

How We Did It (Solution):

    After chatting with the end customer thereby WhatsApp we give the end customer the below proposal with depalletizing machine and 14 head auger screw pork skin weighing machine with capping labeling and a carton robot palletizer.
