The Target & Challenge:

  The customer’s product is dishwashing liquid,3L pillow bag packaging,no speed requirement.

How We Did It (Solution): 

  After checking with our engineer team, that is no problem for us too：

一、Rotor pump for feeder:

1.Medium viscosity:1-1000000CP  

2.Contact part material:SS304L     

  The rotor pump can show its talents in the field of high viscosity and high temperature materials.Its unique working principle cooperates with the use of a powerful drive system. Ensure that the rotor pump can output a strong driving torque at low speed, can ensure that the material is continuously and without stagnation, and can ensure that the material performance of the material during the transportation process will not be damaged.

二、Pulling film roller&Sensor

  Pulling film roller has multi function on this vertical packing machine. The first function is pulling film The other function is hold and support heavy bag

  Panasonic sensor can detect the level of dishwashing liquid inside of pillow bag. It can give the signal to PLC to use the double drum once detect the liquid level to separate material and then cut right bag length position correctly.

三、Double drum roller

  Once sensor detects the right liquid level .Double drum roller would close and rolling to separate material and exhaust air out while pulling the plastic film till cut the bag.

四、Airless Pillow Bag：

  Can squeeze out the air inside the bag, suitable for transportation in bags
