The Target & Challenge:

    This customer sent us a simple inquiry about "Interest in the machine for packaging of furniture fittings." in 2022.

    After communicating for several months. The customer brought his hardware samples when visited us. Due to the furniture fittings would be with various types of items. Below samples are already over 15 types. Mixed fittings per package.

How We Did It (Solution):

    Based on those samples our engineer just figured out the initial layout to be with 15 counting bowls.

    After confirming the initial layout. The customer sent their real samples for making a test. The real samples are already over 15 types but have 18 types. So we changed the layout for the hardware packing solution to be with 18 counting bowls.

    We communicated with customers about the hardware counting and packing solution via emails and WhatsApp and often had Zoom meetings online.
