  Client just needs the capping machine with 80bpm, and need connect with client powder filling machine.And the requirements is showed by form as below

How We Did It (Solution):  

  After checking with our engineer team and test the bottle and cap sample, that is no problem for us too：2 set capping machine with cap feeder will be recommended:

  1. The stable capping speed of Cap feeder is about 40-50bpm for large caps, so it is recommended to use two cap feeders + capping machines can match requirment 80bpm.According to your cap size 

123mm&91mm diameter cap, there is no need to change any molds in the cap feeder, only need to adjust the cap track according to the cap size, it will take about 7-8 minutes (if you are not familiar with it);

  2.Capping machine is Four-wheel capping machine, Controlled by Panasonic servo motor, the torque can be adjusted directly on the touch screen.and it is no need to change any spear part when you change

different size cap,only need to adjust the machine.
