The Target & Challenge:

    This client product is bottled nutrition powder 500g, with a speed of about 17-20 jars per minute, and a filling accuracy of 500g ±2g, products that don't reach the target weight are eliminated. And request the whole line is automatic, how to achieve?

How We Did It (Solution):

    Firstly, this speed is 17-20 bottles per minute, so we recommend an automatic double heads powder filling machine to increase speed. Filling machine we use a weighing metering way, which means we will add a weight detector in the filling machine to detect the filling weight. Products that don’t reach the target weight are eliminated.

    Besides, to save labor, the filling machine will be equipped with a vacuum powder feeder to load material into the filling machine automatically. The capping machine will be equipped with an automatic caps feeding device, no need to put caps on jars manually.

In addition, we recommend sealing the bottle with aluminum foil after capping to avoid leakage and moisture of powdered products which will extend the product shelf life.

    Lastly, for the labeling machine, this is a sticker label that label looks great, this machine can be equipped with a ribbon printer, inkjet printer, laser printer, print manufacture date/expiration date/batch number, etc.
