The Target & Challenge:

 The customer’s product is Olive oil,100-1000ml,400-500bph,For us,the customer has several capacity bottle and he want to filling by liquid filling capping labeling machine line at the fast speed.As we all know,when filling olive oil,there has bubble in the bottle and this is the big challenge to us.

How We Did It (Solution): 

After checking with our engineer team and test the bottle and cap sample, that is no problem for us too：

For Bottle filling machine:

Gear pump filling machine with 4 filling nozzles would be recommended. Gear pump filling system,which is controlled by a servo motor to ensure high metering precision and has no limited filling range.The filling speed is about 600-700 bottles per hour for 500ml.

For Capping machine:

Recommend an Aluminum capping machine with a cap feeder, One size cap track and one size capping heads is suitable for one size cap only.

For the Labeling machine：

Round bottle labeling machine is suitable for round bottles with circle labels.
