The Target & Challenge:

    The end customer from Russia who wants to fill easy-flow protein powder from 180g to 2.7kg wants to use one machine, they have a smaller bottle and a large 6 L container plastic round bottle. They are now packing manual As standards we use an auger for powder, After checking with the above inquiry we just give a below proposal: 2 head weighing filling powder filling line. With auger conveyor and 2-head weighing filling system for keep high precision weighing for ±2-3grams during the 180g capacity. As the end customer also has 3 kinds of spoons to feed into the bottle, so there will be mold for the spoon feeder. Also, different cap designs for the capping machine are suitable for one capping machine. As the powder is very dusty, add a foil sealing and can body cleaning machine and round labeling machine.

How We Did It (Solution):

    After Talking with our engineering team we have the following:

    Bottle Feeder with belt -Air Blow washing machine -2 head weighing filling system with auger feeder - spoon feeder - cap feeder + capping machine + foil sealing machine + plastic bottle cleaning + round bottle labeling + collection table
