The Target & Challenge:

    Our customers want to use the machine to fill the medical syrup into glass bottles. The filling speed is 25-30 bottles per min. The contact material is 316 stainless steel. The bottles capacity is 50ml, 200ml, 500ml.

How We Did It (Solution): 

    We recommend our customers to use the bottle filling machine with 6 heads filling machine line, there are the gear pump to measure and fill the medical syrup into bottle automatically, so the customer just need to set the target capacity in the touch screen directly. The machine will fill the medical syrup well. The material contact part could be made in 316 stainless steel. We also match the capping machine, labeling machine for the syrup bottle line.
