The Target & Challenge:

  My customer from Canada and wants to fill blueberry juice into pouch with spout. Its a new products with limited target production such as 15-20 pouch/minutes to start it. Fill blueberry juice into pouch through the spout,which placed on the top of pouch. Print the date info on the pouch by inject printer.

  Customer Wanna a fully automatic packing solution to save labor cost and increase the production.

How We Did It (Solution): 

  As per customer’s requirements we strongly recommend the Spout pouch filling machine to be with 2 heads filling and 2 heads capping,which can reach up 20-30 pouches per minutes.It will comes spout giving station. Automatic clean station. Vibrating Bowl as the cap feeder to achieve fully automatic packing solution.
