The Target & Challenge:

    This client need glass bottle washing filling capping labeling sleeve shrink and box packing machine for sauce, how to recommend?

How We Did It (Solution): 

    Firstly, bottle feeding conveyor, can put 60-100 jars per time, this conveyor feeding bottle to filling line one by one.

    Second, we suggest water washing machine for glass jars, machine will clamp jars then turn over the jars and filling water, after water washing, blow the water out of the bottle .then turn over the bottle to the origin.

    Third, we will recommend piston filling machine because this sauce is very high viscosity and mixed with granules, so piston metering way will be better. Filling machine hopper is equipped with heating and mixing device to keep liquid flow easily and don’t let particles to settle. Machine no bottle no filling.

    Fourth, this capping machine suitable for screw caps and equip with automatic caps feeder to save labor.

    Fifth, labeling machine is sticker type, high labeling accuracy. This machine can be equipped with ribbon printer/ inkjet printer/ laser print to print expire date, batch number, production date etc. 

    At last, sleeve shrink labeling machine, this is PVC label, automatic sleeve label on jars then heat shrink to prevent the air come in jars.

    Of course we can make carton box opening machine,box forming machine and box sealing machine, it can be customized according to your requirement.
