In each process, we took videos to show customers very carefully.

After communicating for several days for the details, We submitted the initial offer of a mini doypack machine LDB-600 which can meet the customer's packing requirements.

The price is acceptable to the customer but the Customer is concerned about the success rate of bag opening.

In order to dispel customer concerns, as the customer has the premade bag pouch samples already, we suggested sending pouch samples for testing on our existing machine to show the customer the exact packing process.

When we received the pouches samples we arranged the testing right away and show the testing video.

After communicating with the customer for 2 months and taking the explanation video, guidance video, etc.

Finally, the customer asked me to prepare the PERFORMA INVOICE and paid a deposit payment to close this order.

Update the production progress, pictures, or videos to the customer at any time so that the customer can see the production process of the order.
