The Target & Challenge:

    Our customers want to use the machine to fill the coffee beans into bottles automatically. The packing size is from 200g, 500g, and 1kg. They also need the cans sealing device to seal the bottles well. In this way, they could improve the daily production and change the new packing to the market.

How We Did It (Solution):

    We could provide them with the coffee bean filling line to help them measure and fill beans into bottles automatically. With the machine with 2 heads weigher, the customers could set the target weight on the touch screen directly. The conveyor is very adjustable and easy to change. Our engineers have matched with cans seaming machine on the line. The packing speed is around 20 bottles per minute.
