The Target & Challenge:

    The customer is from Colombia and the end customer wants to pack liquid fertilizer in 2 in 1 sachet.

    Package requirement: two different items (The pH value is low and the material is corrosive):

    No.1:5ml (bag width30mm)

    No.2:25ml (bag width 44mm)

    Bag sizes: L150*W100mm

    Bag type: 4 sides seal with euro hole

    Other requirement: Equipped with peristaltic pump measuring and filling, and storage hopper with 100L volume for each item.

How We Did It (Solution):

    According to the client's package requirements and product details, we recommended the packaging solutions for model LD-320L with two peristaltic pumps to match the criteria. 

Finally, after discussion and future solution, the client confirmed the solution as below:

1. Model LD-320 main packer: To match the required bag width of 100mm, equipped with two vertical sealing parts, besides the machine frame and touch product areas are stainless steel 316.

2. Peristaltic pump (two sets): To measure and fill the items with each item separately.

3. Storage hopper: To keep two items separately in each hopper, the volume is about 100L for each one.

4. Ribbon date printer: To print production date, effective date, and batch number automatically (MFG, EXP, LOT).
