        In the last quarter of 2020, I received a requirements from a Colombian customer regarding the packaging plan for hardware. The customer needs to measure and arrange the hardware in an orderly manner. The customer is a very friendly engineer who understands the mechanical operation very well. After understanding the box size and nail size of the customer, I started to communicate with our engineers about the plan.

        After half a day, the engineer and I confirmed the plan. We explained the operation principle of the entire plan to the customer. However, as we currently have no actual machine to operate for the customer to see, and machines are not a small business. If they buy them back and find that they are not suitable, this is a wrong investment for the customer.

        So I found a conical hopper in our factory and purchased some nails with the same length as the customer to manually test the operation effect of the machine. The test result was 100% passed.

        My customer was very happy and immediately confirmed the plan and arranged to pay a deposit.


        In the next few years, my client will place orders for different hardware packaging solutions from me, and I have also established a deep friendship with this client.
