The Target & Challenge:

    My customer wants to pack Nuts with 330g/pouch. He already has the multi-head weigher with a support platform on their plant. Manually open the premade pouch to receive nuts after weighing. 

So he wants a doypack machine that can work with their existing weighing system to save labor costs and increase the packing production to 20-25 bags per minute.

How We Did It (Solution):

    Our solution is providing the horizontal doypack machine suitable for premade pouches with a zipper packing speed of around 20-25bpm. It is suitable for beginners to increase production with low investment.  Take small space and easy to do the main maintenance
