    The customer is from Ethiopia and needs to customize a complete laundry detergent packaging line. The customer's demand requires an elevator to feed 2 packaging machines. Customers have different weights, including 30g, 100g, 200g, 500g, and 1kg.

How We Did It (Solution): 

    Using an elevator with two outlets to lower the washing powder into four packaging machines, which saves space. At the same time, the four machines can work simultaneously. saving production capacity. Because the customer wants to use 2 machine to pack different capacity like 30g, 100g, 200g, 500g, and 1kg, so we recommend 4 scale linear which with high accuracy and flexible for packing different weight. Each machine is also connected to a finished product conveyor and conveyor line, making it easier to collect finished products.
