For fruit packaging solutions, there are some different packaging solutions for different bag package types.

Today we will introduce one of the fruit packing machine solutions with a horizontal wrapper machine.

This customer is from England, he needs to pack 3 or 6 pieces of apples, lemons kiwis in one vertical line in one pillow bag. We received the first inquiry on June 25th, 2023 as the clear requirements.

Customer inquiry:

The customer sent his inquiry on Alibaba first, and we talked about more details on WhatsApp and video calling.

Customer-first stated his own needs:

1. Product name: 3 or 6 pieces of apples, lemons, and kiwis (one vertical line without the tray in one bag).

2. Required equipment: Customized flow wrapper with thermal transfer printer.

After the client's requirements, I introduced a similar customized packing solution for fruits we made before and explained it to the clients in detail.

Based on the printing requirements, printing company logo, and bar code, I recommended to the client our thermal transfer printer and showed the printing sample for reference.

According to the details and requirements of the communication, our engineering team and I gave the customer a preliminary machine plan drawing, and explained the details to the customer, adding a baffle to the feeding conveyor, adding a pressing brush to the middle seal area, and adding a drag chain to the end seal area, etc. And then based on the drawing, we send the detailed offer to the customer to check.

The main details of this solution are listed below:

1. The silicone pod baffle on the feeding conveyor on two sides, to fix the apples on the conveyor belt to prevent the apples from rolling forward during the conveying process.

2. The pressing brush to fix the apples when lifting into the bag former and middling the sealing area.

3. Drag chain on the end sealing area: because the total apple length range is 240-480mm, with a large length range, the drag chain is necessary.

This is because the drag chain will better prevent and avoid apples getting stuck in the end seal position and falling into the gap between the upper and lower knife seats, which will affect the operation of the machine.

Based on the above details, we finally give the customer a specific plan.

After checking our proposal and quotation, the customer was very satisfied but also needed to confirm more solution details, such as the feeding on the conveyor, automatic sense of the apples, and so on.

After many times of video and telephone communication, the customer is very satisfied with the plan and trusts our engineers. In addition, he also inquired about the mesh bag packaging machine for fruits and vegetables.

Due to the project budget, he finally decided to buy one flow packing machine for the fruits first.

So I confirmed the client information and made the Proforma Invoice to the client to confirm the order.

After sending the PI, the customer paid the deposit but had some problems with paying online, because we did not receive the payment in one week.

Finally, the payment was sent successfully, and we received the bank slip from the bank.
