The Target & Challenge:

  The biggest challenges when comes to packing Mixed Onion is: The mixed onion is wet and sticky, not easy to handle the weighing process, while solving the sticky problem and also need to ensure high speed filling to meet customers’ output request.

How We Did It (Solution): 

  To overcome the challenge, our engineering team launch this 24 heads weighed, which is made of dimple plate, specially designed for wet and sticky product to avoid product stick on surface and to increase the feeding efficiency.The 24 heads weigher is equipped with 2 filling channel, which equals to 2 set of 12 heads weigher running at the same time to increase the filling machine speed. Overall speed can up to 60~80 pillow bags per min.
