Customer product information:

Product 1: The first one is four pieces of fresh celery sticks that are 10 to 12 centimeters long. We need to pack about 150 packages per hour.

Product 2: The second one is croutons, 15 grams per bag, about 800 bags per hour.

Customers just need to fill four pieces of celery into each tray manually, which will automatically fill, form, and seal the bag. Also can print the code like batch code and date.

When customer packs croutons, could use a full-automatic volumetric cups measuring system directly, which is more convenient to operate and pack and increases packing capacity.

We designed the 85ml cups, and it's 30% adjustment.

While the customer wanted more cups like 45 to 60 ml cups. Then we updated to a universal measuring cup for free, the cup sizes are from 50ml to 850ml

The customer was satisfied with our packing solution and arranged the deposit.
