The Target & Challenge:

    Our customers request the machine to measure different kind of nails into containers automatically. The weight accuracy is±0.5% to 1%. And the machine will fill the empty container on the conveyor and close it well by itself. The packing speed is 20-25 bags per min. 

How We Did It (Solution): 

    We provided the packing solution is with the 10 heads weigher and measure filling machine line to support our customers. There is also a labeling machine to stick the labels on the container automatically. The machine will close the container by itself automatically. In this way, the machine line will help our customers to improve a lot of production and save the labor cost.
