The Target & Challenge:

    The biggest challenges when comes to starting new business:

    Customer wants a complete full automatic solution for packing up to 1kg snack or beans or other product, but they have very limited space (room height 3.3M only), also limited budget.

How We Did It (Solution): 

    To overcome these challenge, our engineering team launch this all in one solution, which

    Is install the multi-heads weigher directly above the main packing machine. In that case.

    1.You could save extra cost of an independent support platform to support the weigher 

    2.It can lower the whole system height from 3.240M instead of standard system 3.710M, so has no problem to fit inside customers’ factory even they have just 3.3M height.
