The Target & Challenge:

End customers for now just manual packing for the nails box. The maximum length of the nails is 6inch=15cm length, so the end customer needs full auto and one strapping machine on the end after the box is sealing well.

How We Did It (Solution):

So we have the below proposal for the end customer.

Box open machine + nails weighing filling machine +box sealing machine +strap machine.
