The Target & Challenge:

    The biggest challenge when comes to packing Liquid Detergent is that customers want to pack them into higher class Premade Stand Up Pouch; They want to mix 2 different kinds of detergent into the same bag; Output is low and the budget is also super limited.

How We Did It (Solution):

    To overcome these challenges, our engineering team specially launched a new system. We call it the Mini Doypack system LDB-300A. It consists of:

    1. 2 Z-type elevators to feed different colors and shapes of liquid detergent.

    2. 16 heads weigher can weigh 2 kinds of the product separately, and then mix them into one bag.

    3. Mini Doypack machine model LDB-300 has no problem meeting customers' output requests of 5-15 bags per minute and saving their space and cost. 

    With the above system, our customer perfectly freed their workers' hands and finished all the processes automatically from feeding, weighing, mixing, and filling into doypack.
