Russia Customer Case Who Bought Shampoo And Balms Filling Line

Our customer from Russia has purchased shampoo and balms filling line from us. He is starting it as a new project. It takes him only 7 days to make the final decision to work with us.

Here is the First Inquiry from him:

Bottle size (for shampoo and balm), diameter 88mm * height 186mm,  

Cap Style: Dispenser Type caps (Still under design)

Customers' output is about 1300-1500 bottles per hour at the beginning. Since he has 2 different kinds of products, and he wants one filling machine can do 2 different kinds of products on the same day, but no need to spend time cleaning the machine.

Plus he needs an ink-jet printer to print date information at the bottle bottom.

After discussion, the customer's request is a bit over standard, but our engineering team has come up with a perfect solution for him very quickly.

Custom-made filling machine structure, 5-filling nozzle for filling shampoo. And the other 5 filling nozzle is for filling balms.

The 10 heads filling machine has 2 separate nozzle lowering mechanisms, equal to 2 filling machines in one.

1. Product Name: Shampoo and Balm

2. Bottle style: Round Shape Bottle (250-1000ml, some bottle sizes still pending)

3. Speed Request: Over 1300-1500 bottles per hour.

The customer made his decision on the same day we provided him with the final solutions. And he paid his deposit without hesitation.

Since the above machines are specially custom-made, we have no regular stock, so it'll take some time to finish. After 45-60 working days, we could finish and ship the machine to our customer.
