The Target & Challenge:

    The customer's product is liquid detergent, and the customer is a project that requires manufacturing detergent and bottling production lines. In addition, the customer currently has two types of bottles: one is a square bottle and the other is a flat bottle. In the future, they will produce round bottles of detergent. How to achieve the same production line for multiple bottle types?

How We Did It (Solution):

    Firstly, we need to understand what are the components of dishwashing detergent. The main components of detergent are sodium alkyl sulfonate, fatty alcohol ether sodium sulfate, foam agent, solubilizer, essence, water, pigment, and preservatives. Sodium alkyl sulfonate and sodium fatty alcohol ether sulfate are both anionic surfactants and petrochemical products used to remove oil stains. Then we just need to add various raw materials in proportion to the mixing tank and turn on the mixing function to manufacture detergent.

    Second, when finished mixing detergent, start the filling line, our filling machine is equipped with a liquid pump, to load liquid detergent from the mixing tank to the filling machine hopper automatically.

After filling the liquid detergent into the bottle, the machine will do capping. Then machine labeling. We recommend a sides labeling machine that can label one side or two sides or round sides labeling and it can be equipped with a date printer to print the production date/expiration date.

    At last, the PE sleeve shrink machine will count the finished liquid detergent quantities to be 4/6/12 bottles in one package automatically.

This whole line is suitable for flat, round, and square bottles, all in one—Different Strong Universality. LANDPACK can customize equipment based on higher and lower production rates.
