The Target & Challenge:

  Our customers have different size of metal parts to measure and fill into cartons boxes. They want to pack 100, 200,300 pcs per cartons. The metal parts like the fitting and fasteners. Our customers have the high accuracy requirement on the cartons packing.

How We Did It (Solution): 

  There is a cartons opening machine and closing machine to help our customers to open and close the cartons automatically. The 14 head combination weigher with 4L volume will measure different metal parts by itself from 100g to 21kg. It is high accuracy weigher, the weight accuracy is 1%. There is a conveyor to bring the metal parts under the ground to the top of the weight automatically.
