The Target & Challenge:

    Our customers want to fill different kind of spice and herbal medicine into round and square bottles automatically. The feature of the spice is grains and some powder. Our customer want to fill 30g to 500g into bottles. Each bottle must be high accuracy.

How We Did It (Solution): 

    Our engineers have checked the material detail, they said the multihead weigher could help them to weight different kind of spice grains and powder together. The weight accuracy is around ±0.5% to±1% and our customers just need to set the target weight on the touch screen directly, the machine will help them to measure the spice well.
