Today we will introduce one of the candy packing machine solutions with horizontal wrapper machine (for single candy in one bag).

This customer is from the USA, named Eric, The customer first described the product information and expectations in detail and made a sincere inquiry for a suitable machine.

Customer inquiry and requirements:

The customer sent his inquiry on our website: www.landpack.com at first, and we talked about more details by Email.

The customer first stated his candy dimension and doubts:

1. Product name: Candy(single one in one bag)

2. Bag size: L65*W30mm

3. Candy detailed dimension: about ¾ inch x ¾ inch (estimated 20mm*20mm)

After reading and understanding the inquiry, I introduced our model LP-250BD to Eric, introduced some similar customized packing solutions of candy we made before, and explained them to the clients in detail.

Note: Eric learned and has known the flow packing machine before so he can ask the doubts about the LP-250X and LP-250BD.

And then I explained the differences between these two different models, and suggested the model LP-250BD, according to Eric's candy details.

Eric accepted and chose the suitable and correct model, LP-250BD (up-film structure type).

After that, we talked in more detail about the cutting edge on the final bag package, the straight edge cut.

The customer also wanted to know the automatic loading solution with the hopper.

We also finished some cases with candy auto feeder and sent some working videos and detailed pictures to Eric to confirm.

In the end, after careful consideration and careful consideration with the team, the customer decided to unload the material manually and canceled the automatic unloading equipment.

After many times of professional and suggestive communication, the customer is very satisfied with the flow packing machine and trusts our team.

So I confirmed the client information and made the Proforma Invoice to the client to confirm the order.

After sending the PI, the customer paid the 50% deposit to confirm and start the packing machine production.

After some days of manufacturing, the flow packing machine was finished, and we tested it with similar-sized candies (comparable to customer candies) and sent it to Eric to check, to make sure the packing machine working well.

The customer checked the machine working and liked it very much.

Finally asked for the film roll materials that can work on the packing machine. Based on the candy and packing machine features, we suggested using the BOPP/CPP two-layer materials for Eric.

Finally, thanks very much for Eric's trust and support, he ordered the film rolls from us and we started to make the rolls after receiving the payment.

After the balance payment for the packing machine and film rolls, we contacted the shipping company and made ready to ship the packing machine rolls to our customer, helping him solve transportation problems.
