The Target & Challenge: 

    This client wants to fill tea leaf in jars ,two sizes of round jars,speed up to 50-60 jars per minute,what machines are recommend?

How We Did It (Solution):  

    Firstly, this speed is 50-60 jars per minute, we recommend 14 heads multi heads combination weigher to metering weight, which measure speed is very high and high accuracy high as well. This weigher connect with Z type feeder to load material to weigher automatically. Besides, we will adopt double rotary heads filling machine to increase the speed, but different jars diameter need to change the jars mold.

    Besides,we suggest double heads 4 wheels screw capping machine, it is not just capping faster, it is capping tighter. In order to save labor, capping machine can be equipped with caps feeder to load caps to capping machine automatically, no need manual put caps on jars.

    At last, for labeling machine, this is sticker label is transparent, we will customize high sensitivity sensor to detect labels. And this labeling machine we use rotary label-out to increase speed.this machine can be equipped with ribbon printer, inkjet printer, laser printer, print manufacture date/ expire date/ batch number etc.

    Machine working process: bottle feeding -automatic filling tea in jars -automatic capping machine-automatic labeling machine with ribbon date printer-collecting finished product.
