The Target & Challenge:

    This customer is from Türkiye and he needs to fill tomato paste into tin cans.The customer's bottle is about 700g, and the speed requirement is relatively high. According to the needs of customers, we have customized the following basic filling lines for customers.

How We Did It (Solution): 

    Feeding device to the customer. Bottle feeding is faster and more convenient.

    Since customers require faster speed, we recommend a mobile filling machine, which can fill 750ml-10L at a speed of 40-70 bottles per minute.

    Since the customer's front-end speed is relatively fast, we have equipped the customer with 2 can sealing machines in the back to cooperate.

    Finally, a laser coding machine and collection platform were configured for the customer.
