The Target & Challenge:

    The customer is from United Arab Emirates, prefer to pack cooking oil in PET bottles. 

    Filling volume: 1 liter and 4.5 liter

    Capacity requirement: 900-1200 bottles/ hour

    Bottle shape: Round shape PET bottle with lids and round circle label. 

    Other requirement: Mixing storage hopper 4T and storage hopper without mixing 10T. 

    Carton packing machine: 1L oil count and pack 6 bottles/ carton , and 4.5L oil count 2 bottles/ carton.

How We Did It (Solution): 

    According to client' s package requirements and product details, we recommended the packaging solutions about 6 heads gear pump filling machine, equipped with cap auto feeder, capping machine, labeling machine and carton packing machine line to match the requirements. 

    Finally, after discussion and future solution, the client confirmed the solution as below:

1.4T and 10T storage hopper: To storage cooking oil in workshop, 4T equipped with mixing machine, connected with 10T storage hopper without mixing device.  

2.6 heads gear pump filling machine: To measure and fill the cooking oil into the PET bottle one by one, gear pump filling system has the feature of easy to clean.  

3.Caps auto feeder: Vibration bowl to sorting the lids, and then tracking caps feeding mold to put the caps on the bottle mouth automatically.    

4.Capping machine: Chain type capping machine, to press the lids under the chain automatically. 

5.Labeling machine: Stick whole round circle label on bottle body. 

6.Inkjet printer : To print production date, effective date and batch number automatically (MFG, EXP, LOT).

7.Carton opening machine : Automatic box opening, shaping, glue tape sealing machine.

8.Cartoning machine: Lift the finished bottles through belt, count 6 bottles and 2 bottles into the carton. 

9.Tape sealing machine: Close and seal the carton with tape automatically.
