The Target & Challenge:

  The biggest challenges when comes to pack big pouch hot sauce with air free is that the hot sauce is with small grain inside, and customer need to pack from 1kg to 5kg per bag. And he want to remove all air inside the bag to extend the shelf life and reduce the storage space.

How We Did It (Solution): 

  Our engineering team launched this air-free bag packaging solution to overcome the challenge. Model LD-620L is equipped with rotor pump, it can feeding and filling hot sauce accurately even with small seeds inside. A stirring device also included to ensure the sauce filling machine smoothly. And the machine is equipped with air remove device before horizontal sealing, that can ensure all air could be remove before sealing.
