The Target & Challenge:

    The biggest challenges when comes to packing parbaked pizza is:

    The Parbaked pizza is super big size, and the wrapping film roll will be up to 1000mm

    They need air remove device meanwhile required nitrogen filling function

How We Did It (Solution): 

    To overcome these challenge, our engineering team special launch a new larger size Flow wrapping machine for this customer. LP-1000X, no problem to handle max product with film up to 1000mm. And also equip with nitrogen filling and air remove device at the same time to meet customers' special request.
