Packing Exambers:

1. Adjustable Bag Former: The bag width is adjustable, making it suitable for different sizes of bread.

2. Roll Wheel Conveyor: Designed to reduce friction, prevent uneven material levels, and protect buns from damage.

3. Net Chain Conveyor: Unlike traditional belt conveyors that age quickly, the steel net tail ensures stable operation and accurate bag cutting, preventing slipping even with heated buns.

Workflow:
1. Ink code printer can print production date
2. Put the bread to be packed on the conveyor belt
3. Set parameters on the touch screen and press to start
4. Three servo motor-anti empty packages, no bread no packing
5. Auxiliary feeding brushes, for buns that are not packaged in a box, they are loosely packed. Auxiliary feeding  brushes need to be added to help with the packaging, which can be sealed better
