Packing Exambers:    

1. The machine is suitable for all stand up pouch with zipper. It could help you measure and fill popcorn and snacks into pouch automatically.

2. The whole set of machines is controlled by the touch screen and PLC controlling system, so it is very easy for the worker to operate the machine well.

3. There is a Z type of conveyor to transport the popcorn from the ground to the top of the storage hopper automatically and continuously.

4. There is a nitrogen gas device in the machine, so the machine will help you fill the nitrogen gas into the bag automatically.

Workflow:
1. Transport the popcorn to the pack.
2. Measure the popcorn by cup systems.
3. Feed the stand up pouch to fill the popcorn.
4. Print the date code on each bag.
5. Fill the popcorn and nitrogen gas into the pouch.
6. Seal the pouch and output.
