Analysis of fault phenomenon

Pillow packaging machine failure phenomenon:

1. The cutting position deviates from the color code

2. Cut the knife on the product

3. There are scorch marks at the seal

4. The sealing is not firm or leaking

5. The thermometer cannot control the temperature.

Analysis of common failure causes of pillow packaging machine:

1. The color mark tracking doesn’t turned on, the color of the film color mark is too light, and the film drive is slippery.

2. The push rod and the cutter are not synchronized, the knife seat is too high or too low, and the packaging speed is too fast.

3. The temperature is too high, the speed is too slow, and the heat resistance of the outer layer of the coating is poor.

4. The temperature is too low, the speed is too fast, and the heat sealability of the inner layer of the coating is poor.

5. The heating element is damaged, the solid state relay is burned out, the thermocouple is damaged, and the temperature control table is damaged.

Pillow packing machine exclusion method:

1. In the tracking mode interface of the man-machine interface, switch the tracking mode to "tracking cut"; refer to the manual of the random electric eye to adjust the sensing sensitivity of the electric eye; adjust the pressure of the glue stick or the tightness of the brake.

2. Refer to the manual to adjust the position of the push finger; adjust the height of the end sealing parts so that the meshing center of the sealing knife is in the middle of the product height; reduce the packaging speed.

3. Adjust the temperature; adjust the speed; change the film material.

4. Replace the heating element, replace the solid state relay, replace the galvanic couple, and replace the temperature control meter.
