There is a measuring cup system on the machine, the worker just pours the fresh chicken into measuring cups, the machine will pour the chicken into the bag directly and then the bag will be transported to the next station for vacuum.

The vacuum mouth will be inserted into the bag and then draw the air from the bag. The vacuum function is adjustable. The air volume and pressure could be increased and decreased based on the product packing.

After the bag is packed into a vacuum situation, the bag will be sealed bag the heat sealing device. So the bag will be sealed well without the worker touching the fresh and frozen food.

By the way, there is also a date printer in the machine, it will print the production code and date code on the bag directly. So the customers could find the product information more easily.
