Packing Exambers :

1. Connects directly with the production line to organize and sort instant noodles into two lanes using guiding plates on the main conveyor.

2. Instant noodles are smoothly directed to the corresponding packing machines via 2-way lifting belt conveyors.

3. Integrated metal detector ensures food safety by identifying any contaminants.

4. Independent servo detection system for automatic product tracking, replenishment, and anti-empty packaging to reduce film waste.

5. Three-servo control ensures stable and smooth operation of the high-speed flow wrapping machine.

6. Two-roll film system automatically switches rolls when one runs out, maintaining uninterrupted operation.
